Cindi Englefield

Cindi is a serial entrepreneur that is passionate about working with like-minded people ready to support and invest in women owned businesses. She is passionate about creating wealth for female founders and ROI for investors.

Cindi co-founded Accelerating Angels to give women founders the hard-to-access capital they need to scale their businesses.  This angel fund invests in early-stage, high-growth, and exceptionally run women-owned businesses with technology products or services that solve a problem that will last 20+ years. They drive historically higher returns for our investors AND value impact, innovation, and the change that we want to see in the world. Female founders historically produce 35% higher returns to investors than male founders.

As an experienced angel investor herself, Cindi's role is to help guide investment decisions and lead the due diligence team.

Timothy P. Keenan

Timothy P. Keenan, a 1980 graduate of The Ohio State University, is a distinguished entrepreneur and CEO of Keenan & Associates. In 2012, alongside his wife Kathleen, he established the Keenan Family Foundation, which, in 2018, made a significant commitment to Ohio State’s Max M. Fisher College of Business. This commitment reflects their vision of transforming Ohio State into a national leader in developing young entrepreneurs, incubating startups, and driving economic growth in Ohio and the Midwest.

Tim's entrepreneurial journey began at Ohio State, where he co-founded High Performance Technologies Inc. in 1991, showcasing his commitment to innovation and success. Beyond financial support, Tim actively contributes to Ohio State's entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving on the Dean’s Advisory Council, advising the Office of Research, and maintaining a life membership in the university’s alumni association. His enduring dedication and impact on entrepreneurship exemplify a lifelong commitment to fostering growth and innovation.
